Our clinic is located at 2705 Rebecca Lane, Suite A — just off Enterprise Road, a few minutes from downtown Orange City and easy to reach from US-17-92. Free parking is available directly outside the office, and we’re on the ground floor, so there are no stairs or elevators to navigate.
If you’re a new patient, plan to arrive about 10 minutes early to complete a short intake form, or fill it out ahead of time using our patient forms page. Same-week appointments are typically available, and we can often see auto accident and injury patients within a day or two.
