DeLand’s population skews younger than a lot of nearby towns, thanks in part to Stetson University, and its schools and youth sports leagues keep us busy with physicals every year. At the same time, DeLand’s historic downtown and surrounding neighborhoods are home to plenty of longtime residents who come to us for everyday chiropractic care.

Sports & School Physicals
If you have a student athlete who needs a physical before tryouts or the season starts, we complete Florida’s required forms for school sports. We also handle the state’s School Entry Health Exam (Form DH 3040) for kindergarten and new enrollees.
